Two ships of the Russian Navy Caspian Flotilla berthed at the Baku port, the press service of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan said Oct. 16.
The crews of the Russian missile ship Dagestan and small missile ship Grad Svijazhsk were met by representatives of the Azerbaijan's Navy and the Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan.
The visit will continue until December 19.
During their stay in Baku, the command and staff of the ships will visit the Alley of Honor and the Alley of Martyrs, and meet with the command of the Azerbaijani Navy.
They will also view the educational process at Azerbaijan's highest naval military school, as well as go sightseeing in Baku.
It is also planned to hold a friendly football match.
