Chairman of Azerbaijan's State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, Mubariz Gurbanli received Georgian ambassador to the country Teimuraz Sharashenidze on Oct.24, the state committee told Trend.
During the meeting, the sides stressed the importance of further development of relations between the two neighboring countries in political, economic and humanitarian spheres.
Sharashenidze said that he will waste no effort to contribute to the further development and intensification of relations between Georgia and Azerbaijan is the sphere of religion.
