Joint conference of Azerbaijan's Constitutional Court and the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe planned for Sept.25 has been postponed, press service of Venice Commission told Trend Apr.9.
The conference on the theme "Protection of human rights and freedoms by the Constitutional Court by means of individual complaint" will be held in Baku Oct.2.
The event will be dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Azerbaijan's Constitutional Court.
The Venice Commission is an advisory body of the Council of Europe created in 1990. Azerbaijan became a member of the Council of Europe in 2001.
