A fire, which erupted in a multi-story building on Azadlig Avenue in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku, could be due to poor quality cladding materials, Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov told reporters May 19.
According to preliminary information from the healthcare ministry some 15 people were injured in the fire.
Some 30 ambulances are working at the scene.
Fire brigades are working at the scene. Helicopters are also involved in extinguishing the fire.
This is the second case this month where fire spread rapidly due to easily flammable materials.
