Azerbaijan's Embassy in Turkey says there is no so far information regarding Azerbaijani nationals, who could be affected by an explosion, which earlier occurred near a train station in Ankara.
"Immediately after the explosion reports, the embassy contacted the law enforcement agencies of Turkey, which haven't thus far received information regarding presence of Azerbaijani nationals among the casualties," the embassy told Trend Oct. 10.
An explosion occurred near a railway station in Ankara Oct. 10.
Reportedly, 20 people were killed and numerous others got injured in the blast.
It was reported that the number of the injured and killed can significantly increase.
According to preliminary information, the blast was a terrorist attack, which was likely carried out by a suicide bomber.
