Management change has taken place at the Azerbaijani JSC Caspian Development Bank (CDB), said the statement on its website Jan. 14.

Rashad Aliyev left the deputy chairman post of the Bank's Supervisory Board, according to the statement.

Farid Huseynov and Tural Guliyev became the members of the Bank's Supervisory Board. Currently, the Bank's Supervisory Board consists of three people - Chairman Ibrahim Alyshov and the abovementioned Guliyev and Huseynov.

Caspian Development Bank JSC is one of the first commercial banks registered in Azerbaijan. The Bank was established in 1988 as Universal Bank, and acted as Kovsar Bank from Sept. 24, 2001. The Bank obtained a new license on Jan. 26, 2005, after which entered the country's market under the new name - JSC Caspian Development Bank.
