Samad Seyidov continues leading the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE.
Seyidov was commenting on his non-participation in the PACE winter session.
"I did not participate in the PACE winter session due to health problems," he said. "At the moment, I continue serving as the head of the Azerbaijani delegation."
