Bakcell, The First Mobile Operator and The Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan today launched a new toolbar which helps customers to manage their balance. With the help of its user-friendly interface MyBakcellim offers the below opportunities:

• Check, increase, control and manage balance;
• Subscribe to Internet packages and get information;
• Subscribe to SMS packages and get information;
• Change tariff and get information about it;
• Control bonuses and get information about them;
• Benefit from any other Bakcell services online

Upon opening a new webpage, the Bakcell logo appearing on the bottom right of the screen, clicking on the Bakcell logo (Star) provides a realtime overlay showing the status of the customer's account with Bakcell. Bakcell customers can see the name of the tariff plan they use with the tariff details; information about bonus minutes, SMSes and data bundles and active data bundles with remaining balance. Along with this, the Toolbar enables customers to change their tariff plans to a new one and make top-ups. With the multifunctional menu of MyBakcellim Toolbar it will be possible to subscribe to any bundle from Packages page.

"We, at Bakcell, always strive to make our customers' life easier, and that is why we introduce now the toolbar MyBakcellim", says Richard Shearer, Chief Executive Officer of Bakcell. "By using the toolbar our customers, who use mobile internet, will be able control their balance, see and easily select relevant tariff packages. The Toolbar will appear on Bakcell subscribers' handsets' screen after page is fully loaded for 5 min before hiding. A new Toolbar's re-appearance timeout is 30 seconds.

Bakcell customers' handset browser should support Java (Chrome, Mozilla, IE and Safari). They can also use InBrowser MyBakcellim Toolbar. The new service will not appear on the websites with JAVA script errors. Bakcell subscribers will not be able to open the new toolbar on OperaMini browser. HTTPS (secured) websites also are not supported.

Among the new features of MyBakcellim Toolbar is a deactivation button that enables customers to unsubscribe from any bundle offered by Bakcell.

MyBakcellim Toolbar is a convenient service for Bakcell subscribers that enable them to have a simple and transparent experience in accessing Bakcell products, controlling minute usage and spending.
