The FIG World Cup Final in Rhythmic Gymnastics in Baku is a good preparation before the Olympiad, Irina Vigdorchik, coach of Israeli team, told Trend July 24.

Israeli team won gold medal in group exercises with five ribbons at the FIG World Cup.

“I want to say that we love Azerbaijan very much. We have visited this country for many times. We won the bronze medal in European Championships here for the first time, we got silver medal and today, we won gold medal in the World Cup,” she said. “Azerbaijan is the most positive and successful country for us.”

The FIG World Cup Final in Rhythmic Gymnastics was held in Baku July 22-24. On the first two days of the tournament, gymnasts from 17 countries competed for medals in all-around competitions. Apparatus finals were held on the events’ last day.
