The professional training program for students is underway in Excelsior Hotel Baku. The students from the Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University and technical schools were trained by Human Resources department of the hotel as part of the program. The free traning program is considered for 6 months and the certificate will be given at the end of the program.
“Excelsior Hotel Baku” is professional development, career growth and new opportunities for self-realization,” Kamram Rzayev, Human Resources manager of Excelsior Hotel Baku, said.
Some 25 students have been practicing in Human Resources, Front Office, Marketing and Sales, and other departments of the hotel from April 15, 2016 till September 15, 2016.
Excelsior Hotel Baku has been operating since August 2005. The hotel has 1 “Imperial Lux”, “Royal Lux”, 4 “Crown Lux”, 45 “Heritage”, 9 small “Duke” standard rooms, meeting and conference rooms, business center, restaurants and “Aura” wellness center.
