Рђzerbaijan is below the average level in CIS on allocations to education from the state budget, the Minister of Education of Azerbaijan, Misir Mardanov told journlalists, Trend reports.
According to the Minister, the government increases annually the amounts for these sphere, so, in 2003 the growth was 7%, in 2004 вЂ" 12 %, and in 2005- 28%. But it is not sufficient for the country to come out from the level below average among the CIS countries, the Minister underlined.
Touching upon the issue of realization of the loan agreement second stage with the total amount of $ 21 million, the Minister reported, that 59 schools of Ali-Bayramli, Udjar and Ismailli regions have been selected for the pilot project, where the events for increase of the quality of education will be implemented.
