A new monograph of the deputy director of the Human Rights Institute of Azerbaijan under the National Academy of Sciences (NASA), doctor of legal sciences Chingiz Mustafayev, entitled “Terrorism” issued, Trend reports.
Based on the theoretical materials on fighting terrorism issues, the author reveals the essence of the terrorism, the grounds for the emerging of this social phenomenon, its forecasting and the ways for fighting its
manifestation.
The book is intended for a wide readership, as well as scientific circles, teachers of the institutions of the higher learning, as well as for the law and political sciences students.
The book consists of 4 chapters: internationally-legal and criminally-legal aspects of the terrorism fighting, links of terrorism with the extremism, separatism, military actions and national independence movements, threat of terrorism towards human rights and freedoms protection, as well as the criminal aspect in the terrorism fighting.
Chingiz Mustafayev is the author of innumerous works in law.
