8 AZERI CITIZENS WISHING TO ESTABLISH HOMOSEXUAL FAMILY ADDRESS TO EUROPEAN COURT HUMAN RIGHTS

The 8 Azerbaijani citizens wishing to establish homosexual family addressed to the European Court on Human Rights, Rovshan Novruzoglu, the Director of the Bank Information Strategic Researches Center against International Terrorism, told Trend.

The citizens substantiated their claims that the Azerbaijani laws did not give opportunity to establish homosexual family. The homosexuals expressed a request to have them migrated to the countries, where they could establish family, namely Dutch.

Ilgar Ibrahimli, the head of the CE Information Bureau in Baku, did not give exact report on the issue. He said that disclosure of the reasons of the claims to the European Court was regarded as interference in the case of the court.
