Nijad Shikhalizade (60kg), an Azerbaijani judo-wrestler won a gold medal of the European Youth Championship among juniors, which was held in Zagreb, Trend reports.
Defeating his rivals from Ukraine, Georgia, and Germany in the weight category of 60kg, won Roko Draksich in the final round.
Meanwhile, Araz Mukhatrov (73kg) and Sona Ahmadli (63kg), who joined the tournament on Saturday, will try to enter the award-winning trio.
