“14 people were detained during the action held by �Azadlig’ bloc on 1 October
and administrative punishment was applied in regard to them at court sentence. They are kept in the Station for Detainees in Administrative Order in the place named Gara Shahar (Black city). We carried out monitoring to reveal whether they were subjected to any pressure. The detainees did not complaint of keeping conditions, but rude treatment by the police in police department,” he added.
The law-defender also reported that they will monitor the police precincts of the regions Absheron and Azizbayov.
