PA Government ServД°ce Inc, a part of PA Consulting Group, intends to complete the pilot project, stipulated by the strategy on the resolution of problems in the Azerbaijani heating economy by 25-30 October 2005, the company told Trend. The company selected a house 22 in Sharifov St., Sabunchi district of Baku and carries out the construction of a boiler-house and reconstruction of the hearting system in this area.
The project targets practical demonstration of the reality of implementation of recommendations proposed in the strategy, in particular, the establishment of the effective local thermo supply system, implementation of the measures on economy and expedient use of the electricity, application of new forms of management in the communal sector.
PA Consulting had submitted to the Azerbaijani government a Heating Strategy under the project on �Technical assistance in energy sector of Azerbaijan’, financed by the US Agency for International Development (USAID). Under the strategy it is planned to transfer the hearing system to private sector.
