The decision of the Zhelesnodoroznyi district court in Simferopol (Ukraine) on detention of the chairman of the oppositional Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (DPA) Rasul Guliyev by Interpol will be announced on 20 October 2005 at 12.00 of Baku time, the NTV TV channel office in the Crimea told Trend.
