Baku will host a trainingвЂ"seminar for representatives of the Azerbaijani media on 31 October to assess the process and results of exit-poll to be held on 6 November 2005, PA Consulting Group, a US company in charge of holding exit-polls on behalf of the USAID told Trend.
The three-day event will take papers from representatives of PA Consulting Group, Bob Baumgartner and Marqaret Krecker.
The inquiry will be held in 65 constituencies of Azerbaijan, including 975 precincts.
Exit poll will be carried out through a special method, which envisages the selection of respondents o the base of special computer programs. Electors, desiring to participate in the elections will full the forms by pen. All answers will be sent to a special Coordinating Center �Exit Poll’, which will announce the results of inquiry in the evening hours of November 6. The percentage of accessible fault of the forthcoming �exit poll’ in Azerbaijan is +- 3.5%.
