The lawyers of the arrested former Health Minister Ali Insanov appealed to the head of the state Ilham Aliyev with the request to release their client on bail, the lawyer Elton Guliyev told Trend.
It should be noted Ali Insanov was arrested on 20 October 2005. He is incriminated the links with the ex-Speaker Rasul Guliyev and preparations for the forcible overthrow of power in Azerbaijan. In this regard the Nasimi district court sentenced him for three-month arrest as preventive punishment.
