The complaint of the former Health Minister Ali Insanov, who is currently in the custody came on 26 October to the Court of Appeals of Azerbaijan, the secretary of the press service of the Court of Appeals Anar Mammadov told Trend.
Ali Insanov being currently in the investigative sell of the Ministry of National Security (MNS) lodged an appeal on the decision of the Nasimi district court to arrest him for 3 months. In his appeal the former Minister specified he does not agree with the charges brought against him. The complaint is expected to be considered on 27 October.
The ex-Minister is charged with the abuse of his official functions, preparations to mass unrests, attempts to seize power and appropriation of the state property in large amounts.
In his statement, produced to the Court of Appeals Insanov indicated, the charges against him had been falsified and he demands from the court to remove his arrest.
