The fluctuations in the Caspian Sea level is under discussion at a conference on provision of stable development of the coastal line of the Caspian sea, which started on Tuesday, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told Trend.
The conference will also focus on the state of coastal landscape, problems and ways for their resolution. Organized by the Caspian Ecology Program the event brought together representatives from 5 Caspian littoral countries вЂ" Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iran. Amir Aliyev, the head of the Marine Hydro-meteorology Center of the National Hydro-meteorology Department of Ecology Ministry, represents Azerbaijan in the gathering.
