The 4-th scientific-practical conference “Dermatovenereology: achievements and prospects” started its work on 3 November in the framework of 11-th international exhibition В"Healthcare-BIHE 2005”. Over 100 specialists from Turkey, Georgia, Ukraine and other countries take part in the conference, Trend reports.
Addressing the opening ceremony the head of the Dermatovenereology department of the Azerbaijan State Institute for Qualification of Medical Workers Syanan Kerimov noted the measures taken on investigations in this field of medicine, informed of the state of the staff training.
The perspectives for development of the Dermatovenereology in XXI century were presented at the conference.
The issues of herpes-virus infections, rationalization of diagnostics and treatment of some venereal diseases will be touched upon at the conference.
