The Azerbaijani national karate team left for Cyprus to participate in the World Youth Championship on November.
“The team includes, Ismayil Guliyev (55 kg), Rafiz Hassanov (60 kg), Israfil Shirinov, Rustam Madatob (60 kg), Rafael Agayev (70 kg), Amal Atayev (75 kg), Shahin Atamov (80 kg), Parviz Abdulkarimov (65 kg), Jeihun Aliyev (80 kg), Javid Karimov (+ 80 kg) and nargiz Mehdiyeva (53 kg),” Yashar Bashirov, the President of the Federation on WKF Styles, told Trend. According to Bashirov, his wards are able to fight successfully at the competitions. The team can hope in three awards.
