An elementary investigation into the case of Etibar Guliyev, a nephew of ex Speaker Rasul Guliyev, the chairman of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), is complete and materials were sent to the court, Osman Kazimov, the law-defender of the convoked, told Trend.
Etibar Guliyev was detained for showing resistance to police in the way to airport on 17 October with respect to meet his cuncle Rasul. First he was brought to the Central Department for Struggle with Crimes of the Interir Ministry. After a preventive punishment of 3-year arrest he was taken to isolator3 located in Shuvalan.
