An extraordinary shareholders' meeting of the largest cement producer in Azerbaijan - OJSC Garadagh Cement will be held on November 25, the company said.
The meeting will be held in Qavkaz Point hotel at 10:00 a.m, located at 118-560 K. Kazimzade st., Yasamal district, Baku. The shareholders will be registered in Qavkaz Point on November 25 from 8:00 to 9:30.
OJSC Garadagh Cement is the only manufacturer of clinker and cement at the base in Azerbaijan. The company provides the domestic market with high quality products that meet both local and international standards.
The shareholders of Garadagh Cement is Swiss Holcim (69,4 percent), EBRD and Azerbaijan Investment Company (10 percent), private shareholders (10.6 percent).
At present, products of Garadagh Cement are widely used in Azerbaijan's major construction projects, which include global energy projects.
