The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has approved the rules on the protection of information in the system of collecting and processing data on the safety of civil aircraft flights, the cabinet said on Tuesday.
The decision came into force from Feb. 18.
This document has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Convention on the International Civil Aviation Organization and instruction on ICAO flight-safety management.
The Azerbaijani Civil Aviation Administration has authorities to protect data on the safety of flights of the civil aircrafts.
