"Planimetr-85" and "DASHKAD" companies won the tender announced earlier by the Azerbaijani State Property Committee to collect information about the new addresses of real estate in Baku, the report said today.
The tender involves the collection of text and image data about the new addresses of real estate in Baku, editing and ordering the data, adding them to the CIS base, as well as including the information about the real estate objects, registered in the Azerbaijani State Property Committee, in the CIS base.
Previously, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree amending the Rules of Registry addresses and the address assignment to the property in the country.
The State Committee has prepared a new design of address boards that will be installed in the streets and avenues, and submitted it to the Cabinet of Ministers. Along with the architectural style of the city, while developing the address boards, modern solutions were found, the report said.
After the samples are approved, South Korea will soon begin producing the new address boards. At the initial stage, according to the new rules, the names and numbers will be assigned to the entrance of the building in around 80 streets and avenues of Baku.
According to the changes, the objects of transport infrastructure are coded, and the figures are entered into the database to keep the register.
For this purpose, the State Committee has previously announced tender to establish an information system of address register in Azerbaijan, won by the Korean company SK C & C Co.LTD. The company has already started the relevant work. The system is planned to be launched in early 2013.
