Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has approved the procedure for adoption of a decision to grant privileges on tax payments in regard to conditionally released goods.
This was stated in the text of the Cabinet of Minister's decision, published in the official press.
Conditionally released goods are those placed under the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption, enjoying privileges on payment of import customs duties and taxes associated with restrictions on use or disposal of goods and vehicles. Conditionally produced goods may be used only for purposes that comply with terms for provision of benefits. Their use for other purposes is possible with the permission of customs authorities only after the payment of all customs fees and fulfillment of requirements stipulated in the Customs Code and other legislative acts of Azerbaijan.
In this case, the orders are set as follows: after the full payment of customs duties and taxes, the goods are released for free circulation, remaining under the customs procedure; through the destruction of goods, refusal in favor of state, during the actual export of goods from the customs territory.
