The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has approved the rules of preventing abuses on the securities market, which are included in the state register of legal acts of the country, the State Committee said on Saturday.
"The rules have been prepared in accordance with international best practice and will create an opportunity to prevent abuse on the securities market, increase transparency, including effective control of transactions on the stock market," a statement said.
