The State Securities Committee (SSC) has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered shares of the insurance company Xalq Sigorta with the nominal value of shares increased by 7.84 percent, the Committee reported on Wednesday.
According to the report, the issue placement will be undertaken through conversion of 7.39 million shares at par value of 3.57 manat to the same number of shares with the nominal value of 3.85 manat. Thus, the company's authorized capital will be increased from 26.38 million manat to 28.45 million manat manat.
Xalq Sigorta was established in 2005.
