The State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan has announced a tender to select a contractor for the company's pilot project on a major assessment of real estate in the city of Sumgait. The tender was announced as part of the World Bank (WB) project on real estate registration in Azerbaijan, according to the report released by the State Committee on Wednesday.
According to the report, bidders must submit proposals for the creation of a system for the collection of market data within the pilot area, the preparation of zone maps for assessment and the creation of evaluation models as well as conducting the assessment.
The cost of participation in the tender is 150 manat (or $200).
Tender proposals will be accepted until 14:45 on July 18, 2013.
