The Azerbaijani Finance Ministry has announced a tender as part of the Corporate and Public Sector Accountability Project (CAPSAP), the Ministry reported on Friday.
The tender proposes the purchase of services on preparing professional personnel in the area of setting exam questions and evaluation of exam results.
Tender proposals are accepted till August 20, 2013.

The total cost of The Corporate and Public Sector Accountability Project (CAPSAP) amounts to $24 million. A loan agreement on the project was signed in September, 2008. The project is financed by the World Bank the sum of $11 million, by grants through the Japanese fund PHRD ($3 million) and SECO ($2 million), as well as by the Azerbaijani government ($8 million).
