The Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development signed an agreement on the construction of Aran Regional Development Center with M-NAF company, the ministry said on Wednesday.
According to the report, the new center will be located in Yevlakh.
According to the report, the winning company announced in April was announced on August 16 and the contract was signed with it on September 9.
