Despite the snow and freezing weather, trains in Azerbaijan are moving according to schedule, head of Azerbaijan Railways’ press service Nadir Azmamedov told Trend today.

Despite the snow and freezing weather, trains in Azerbaijan are moving according to schedule, head of Azerbaijan Railways' press service Nadir Azmamedov told Trend today.

On Jan.31 trains from Moscow, Astara and Gazakh arrived in Baku, and trains from Tbilisi, Balaken and Boyuk Kesik are to arrive according to the schedule, Azmamedov said.

"There were no delays locally or internationally. Arrival and departure of trains is on schedule," head of the press service stressed.

Azmamedov went on to add that this morning railway tracks, signaling system, and power supply system were inspected in order to ensure proper movement of trains.

For the convenience of passengers heating system works in trains, Azmamedov said.

In addition, Baku International Bus Terminal told Trend on Jan. 31, that bus service is running normally.
