Slovak investors have submitted a draft project on the new ski slopes in Gudauri, a mountain resort near the Georgian capital of Tbilisi.
Gudauri Development Agency's Head Sandro Onoprishvili said the Georgian side in general approves the project.
He said the development of a contract will begin soon and the next visit of Slovak businessmen will be held in early March.
The final decision on the project is expected to be made public in May.
Georgian Economy and Sustainable Development Ministry said the project of the 'J&T group' - the largest ski resorts management group, involves the construction of a ski slope and hotels.
