The project consisted of four components: real estate registration, management and register of state property, basic cartography and land cadastre and training, policy formation and project management.

As a result of the restructuring, the project designed for 2008-2012, was extended until late 2014.

The project will cost$38.57 million, some $30 million of which falls to the WB loan.
