Kyrgyzstan and Russia signed the agreement on April 10 on KyrgyzGazProm's purchase by Russia's Gazprom, Kabar news agency reported.
The document was signed by Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller and Kyrgyzgaz's General Director Turgunbek Kulmurzayev.
The contract was signed on the basis of the bilateral agreement on cooperation in the field of transportation, distribution and sale of natural gas in Kyrgyzstan, which was signed on July 26, 2013 in Moscow.
The agreement will be valid for a period of 25 years.
