The event brought together over 60 electric specialists of private businesses and universities to learn more about SE automation products and solutions.

On 16 April 2014 Park Inn Hotel looked like the busiest venue of the Azerbaijan's electric specialists as Schneider Electric had invited them for a one-day seminar in Baku. The event brought together over 60 electric specialists of private businesses and universities to learn more about SE automation products and solutions.

Welcoming the event participants Schneider Electric Azerbaijan Country President Emrah Tekdemir underlined the constant development of Azerbaijan and importance of energy efficiency methods introduction to increase business profits and secure better living environment for the future generations.

Punhan Seyidov SE automation business team leader broadly described Schneider Electric automation products and solutions available in the Azerbaijan market and shared SE working experience with local businesses and infrastructural projects. P.Seyidov pointed out Schneider Electric support to developing local electric engineers and noticed a good level of cooperation with the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (ASOA), Azerbaijan State Technical University (ASTU), Azerbaijan State Marine Academy (ASMA).

The ASOA deputy dean pf. Ramiz Hasanov expressed his gratitude to Schneider Electric for the support to the Azerbaijan's education and stressed a great value of the global energy company's knowledge and experience application in Azerbaijan. Docent Zakir Hasanov proudly presented electric training modules engineered by the ASOA students in the event exhibition area.
