Kazakh charter airline LukAero was deprived of certificate for aerial works, Kazakh Aviation Transport Prosecutor's Office reported on April 22

The body inspected the airline's respecting laws on flight safety and revealed non-compliance with the certification requirements.

"LukAero has no own aircrafts and this fact violates the requirements of Art. 60 of the Law On the use of the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and aviation activity," Kazakh Aviation Transport Prosecutor's Office said.

Thus Civil Aviation Committee fulfilled Prosecutor's Office's decree and revoked the airline's certificate for aerial works on April 15 in order to prevent law violation.
