Turkmenistan's Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries (TCOR) has announced an international tender for purchasing spare parts for the diesel locomotives and tank-cars.
All those interested in participating in the tender are invited to:
- submit a written application, indicating the bidder's full name, legal status, country of registration, details and contact numbers;
- read the tender rules;
- get the specifications for the lot and technical requirements;
- get the package of tender documents by paying $575 per lot.
The tender bids should be submitted to the following address: Turkmenistan, Balkan province, Turkmenbashi city, TCOR.
The bids will be received till 17:00, July 4. 2014.
The account for transferring money will be specified upon submitting a written application.
The packages with tender bids will be reviewed after the receipt of funds to the account.
The tender participants, who are the residents of Turkmenistan, should submit commercial proposals in the national currency.
The commercial proposals should be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should include the technical proposals and specifications, while the second envelope should include the commercial proposals on the prices for the offered products.
