Aeronautical authorities of Kazakhstan and Paris signed a new memorandum of understanding that allows opening a flight on the Astana-Paris route in 2015 in anticipation of the meeting of the Kazakh-French intergovernmental commission and the visit of French President Francois Hollande in Kazakhstan, the press service of the ministry for investment and development of Kazakhstan said Oct.20.
"Designated carriers are entitled to implement scheduled flights on the Astana-Paris route with a frequency of three times a week," the ministry said.
Kazakh airlines plan to open flight on this route in March 2015, the deputy chairman of the committee of civil aviation ministry of investment and development Talgat Lastaev said.
