A sharp decline in dollar sale has been fixed in Kazakhstan, Ranking.kz. analytical service specialists said.

"The dollar sales sharply reduced for the first time in five months," the specialists said. "The currency exchange offices sold US dollars to the amount of 2.6 trillion tenge ($ 1 - 180.87 tenge) in September or by 150 billion less than in August."

The US currency sale reduced by 36.4 percent in September. Around $1.4 billion was sold compared to $ 2.3 billion last month. No region showed positive dynamics. The great decrease in dollar sales was observed in Pavlodar (56.6 percent), South Kazakhstan (53 percent) and Zhambyl (46.3 percent) regions.

"The dollar sale minimum in September is a seasonal trend," the experts said. "One of the reasons is the completion of the holiday season. For comparison, a 21 percent decrease was observed in September 2013 compared to July 2013. A 13 percent decrease was observed in 2012."
