By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: Kazakh Samruk-Energy will hold a secondary public offering of Mangistau Electricity Distribution Company's shares on Nov 24- Dec. 10, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported with the reference to organizers of the auction.
In total Samruk-Energy plans to sell 482,338 common shares (24 percent + 1 share) of the company.
Preliminary price of the common shares us set at 500,147.8 tenge (180.87 tenge =$1).
Asyl Invest will be financial consultant and bookrunner for this secondary offering.
Samruk-Energy is one of the main shareholders of the Mangistau Electricity Distribution Company.
Mangistau Electricity Distribution Company, operating since 1996, is the largest power distribution company, which supplies electricity to consumers of Mangistau region (excluding the city of Aktau).
