Iran and Russia are planning to create a general account for settlement in national currencies, Iran's ambassador to Moscow Mehdi Sanai said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
He said that relations between Moscow and Tehran are actively developed.
"2014 was very fruitful for both countries," he said.
However, some problems must be resolved for the further development of relations, namely, settlement and money transfer.
"Both sides intend to create a general bank or an account to make payments in rials and rubles," he said. "It was also agreed to establish a working group."
