The State Securities Committee (SSC) has registered the issue prospectus of registered shares of Baki Sigorta in the amount of slightly over 1 million AZN, said the message of the Committee published on its website Feb.3.
The official exchange rate on February 3 is 0, 7844 AZN / USD.
Some 1,316 shares at par value of 760 AZN each will be issued within the framework of the emission.
After placement of emission, the share capital of the company will increase from 8 million AZN to 9.000,160 million AZN.
Baki Sigorta JSC operates in Azerbaijan since February 9, 1994. The founders of the company are Bank Respublika, Yeni Motor, Diamond Motors, Subaru Azerbaycan and two individuals.
The company renders services on 25 types of insurance.
