Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan has announced an international tender for purchasing railroad freight cars.
All those interested to participate in the tender are invited to submit an application indicating the bidder's full name, legal status and details, attach the bidder's registration and incorporation documents, power of attorney and a copy of the passport of the bidder.
It is also needed to get the specification for the lot and technical requirements, as well as the package of tender documents; pay $575 (including $75 of VAT) per lot for participation in the tender.
Applications and tender documents will not be accepted from offshore companies.
The deadline for submitting tender bids: 18:00 (UTC/GMT +5 hours), Apr.16, 2015.
