The III Intellectual Games Festival on "What? Where? When?" game, being one of the largest intellectual projects in Azerbaijan, has been held in Baku with support of the Youth Fund under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the "ƏlfəCİN" Project, jointly implemented by the Khazar Intellectual Youth Club and Bakcell - the First Mobile Operator and Leading Mobile Internet provider of Azerbaijan. A total of 66 teams from 16 cities of the country have participated in the festival.
"What? Where? When?" tournament has been held on the first day of the festival. The first place in the competition has been claimed by the "Vendetta" team, while "Diplomat" and "Leviafan" have finished second and third respectively. The winners were awarded with cups, diplomas, medals and gifts.
According to the results of this tournament, the Brain Ring competition has been held on the next day. This time "Diplomat" team became the winner and "Vendetta" team was the runner-up, after losing in the finals, while the "Avalon" team has finished third.
It should be mentioned that the III Intellectual Games Festival on "What? Where? When?" game was comprised of two selection rounds and the finals. Teams from Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Qazakh, Mingachevir, Sheki, Zaqatala, Salyan, Jalilabad, Lankaran, Nakhchivan, Quba, Shamakhi, Agjebedi, Ismayilli and Beylaqan have participated in the games.
The main purpose of the "ƏlfəCIN" Project, implemented by Khazar Intellectual Youth Club with support of Bakcell is to support the development of the intellectual gaming movement in our country, promote efficient leisure time activities of the youth, reveal their intellectual potential and help them gain even more achievements in education.
Participation in the "ƏlfəCIN" project is open for all the interested persons. Various tournaments on such games as "What? Where? When?", "Brain Ring", "Khamsa" and "Your own game" are being organized within the frames of this project.
