On 6 May 2015 Schneider Electric brought together over 100 power engineers and specialists of the Azerbaijan's governmental bodies and private sector to share the local experience and present its advanced technologies.
In the opening speech Schneider Electric Central Asia Country President Emrah Tekdemir underlined the constant development of Azerbaijan and growing importance of energy efficiency application in the different spheres to increase productivity and secure better living environment for the future generations. The high ranked officer of the leading French company proudly noticed that the Company had started the operations in 1994, after the oil contracts were signed and large international oil and gas companies entered the Azerbaijan market.

During the event the Company presented the middle and low voltage solutions, building management systems (BMS), process automation products and solutions, APC secure power and cooling solutions for data centers. During the presentation Schneider Electric medium voltage switchgear Premset, low voltage Smart panels and Harmony XB5R industrial wireless push buttons and receivers raised a special interest as the participants wowed their operational benefits and digital & wireless communication advantages.
