Another interesting idea introduced by young graduate team is xərcim.az mobile application (Http://xercim.az). Xərcim.az project is a mobile application and program software that includes all the discounts, bonus, coupon and loyalty systems currently available on the market.
It also consists of those systems, and the benefits provided to users, private and public offers, saving methods and database about partners.

AppLab is an accelerated execution framework to support selected developers to drive execution on ideas, mobile apps and technologies from proof of concept to launch.
The program is aimed to provide effective tools to entrepreneurs and application developers to help accelerate their ideas and create innovative turn-key mobile applications for Azerbaijani and international markets.

From September 2014 until now 102 applicants have been registered for Applab. Among 56 selected candidates and 25 presented ideas the Board of AppLab has approved 15 ideas and 6 of them have been qualified to participate in the program.
To develop mobile applications, young developers attends Bakcell/Qualcomm Applab office located at Bakcell's Sahil office with free Internet access, desk and training space and uses the latest devices for testing products.
Bakcell's and Qualcomm dedicated team of experts provides young developers with the required studies and advice to design and implement a proof of concept for new mobile application aimed at local and international markets.
