The subscribers of the Azerbaijani mobile operator - Bakcell will be able to use the social networks (Facebook WhatsApp, Instagram and others) at the lowest rates, the company told Trend Dec. 21.
Currently, the company establishes a new system to render the innovative DATA-services.
"The Canadian Sandvine company is a provider of the system," the company said. "It is impossible to disclose the details. The new customer-oriented services will be offered to Bakcell subscribers very soon. The new platform will allow the company to offer its subscribers new tariff plans to use the mobile DATA-traffic in social media."
The special tariffs will be offered to the users of Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and others. The use of Internet traffic will cost them much cheaper, Bakcell said.
